Return & Exchange Policy

Easiest way to make sure you get what you want.

So you may have bought a product and it didn’t work out. Not a problem! We offer FREE exchanges of any trainer. As long as you return it within 30 days. We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on before reaching out. However, items worn for a prolonged time are not considered eligible for the guarantee. Below are the detailed descriptions on what is eligible. Please note that customers who select free shipping are not eligible for a free return label. Only paid shipping customers and other special cases are allowed prepaid shipping slips in which we email you a the slip to print yourself.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection at our fulfillment personnel. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • No smells other than natural product orders
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
  • Original packaging
  • Within 30 days of the date you received your initial purchase

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment within 3 days of receiving your return order. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

For hygiene and safety reasons the following items can only be returned within our refund policy or returned for an exchange providing they meet the requirements above in addition to the following criteria. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

Items that can’t be returned or exchanged

Most of our items can be returned for a refund or exchange, with the following exceptions:Final Sale; Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on the product details page are sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged. Certain products are excluded from our returns and exchange policy. If this applies it’ll be clearly stated on the product detail page before you purchase.

Any shapwear should be tried on under clothing or underwear once. 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM

You will have to mail the item you want to return yourself. All returns are to be mailed to the address below:

In some cases, your order may be eligible for a prepaid shipping label. Please request your shipping label within 30 days of the date you received your initial purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note there is a limit of 1 pre-paid shipping label per exchange order.

NOTE: All free shipping orders do not qualify for a free return label.
