Refund policy

  Our goal is for our customers to be fully satisfied with their order. We want to make sure you feel good and are happy about it. For that reason, we will gladly accept the timely return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, products that do not fit, or those that you simply no longer desire or want to keep for whatever personal reasons you may have. The returned merchandise must be unwashed, oder-free, unworn with original tags attached and in the same condition as it was delivered to you. The returned merchandise must also be in its original packaging. ANY ORDER RECEIVED WITHOUT ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR LABEL MAY BE CHARGED A RESTOCK FEE OF $10.00. Other than that, all refunds will be assessed a minimum fee of $5.40 depending on the products ordered. Used merchandise cannot be accepted for return. Due to Health Regulations, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS for sanitary purposes: Swim Wear, Butt Lifter, Butt Booster, Butt Enhancer, Butt Shaper, Hip Booster, Body Shaper w/Butt Lifter and Full body Shapers. NO EXCEPTIONS! Returned items must be received by us within 7 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for STORE CREDIT only. We do not issue refunds. Please specify the reason you are returning your merchandise when you ship it back to us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number in the return package. To return your merchandise, please mail it to: Royal Lioness, 9 N 6th st, Allentown PA 18104 You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning and having your item shipped back to you. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please contact us through email with the tracking details or a confirmation that you are returning your products for a refund.
