As you may know from our previous blog posts Celebrities who waist train. Celebrities have been a huge driving force for the waist training trend. A lot of them have been admitting that their beautiful physic was acquired through waist training. Given the incredible buzz, the question most people are asking is, “Does waist training work?” Actress Jessica Alba admitted to wearing a double corset for three months to get her pre-baby body back, according to Net-a-Porter. Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi of “Jersey Shore” fame turned to waist training after the birth of her second child. Instagram is filled with numerous pictures of the kardashians waist training. I can go on about the celebrities who waist train, but I think a better topic would be about the results from waist training and if they are actually real. I will go over the facts and the research I have done on the new celebrity trend and how it affected them. A good example would be khloe Kardashian because she has always been big. Like a lot of normal women, khloe has had an issue reducing her weight despite the amount of wealth at her disposal. She believes in doing things the real and natural way which is why she has not turned to surgery as a solution for her weight. Just recently Khloe was on the cover of every magazine and has shocked people with her new image. Khloe kardashian lost tremendous weight in such a short period of time, that many normal ladies are left wondering and criticizing the change.
She lost so much weight that her head seems to be disproportionate. The khloe kardashian weight loss is incredible. Now you might say “Just because she lost all that weight does not mean she lost it due to waist training.” That is true, but waist training has played a large part in her weight loss. Seriously though, the evidence is overwhelming. “Im obsessed with the gym but a little extra help never hurt nobody” said Khloe on her instagram. “Once you try it, you will become obsessed!!!” These are her own words. Lets also not forget the multiple images of herself waist training.
So now you might say, “Just because it worked for her does not mean it will work for others,” which is absolutely true. The thing is, I would understand if it was only a few people saying that this really works, but when its multiple celebrities and thousands of normal people saying it works. That’s a whole other story. The positive remarks heavily outweigh the negativity.
To me, it’s obvious that waist training does indeed work, and my waist training review goes into details about how it does. The other question is, “Is waist training safe?” The truth is, too much of everything is poison. If you go extreme and increase your tightness and the amount of hours you have your waist trainer on, It will affect you. Too much tightness can cause abdominal issues and breathing issues. The goal is to mold your body into it. Get used to it first. Once you are used to it, you should do some waist training exercises to expedite the process. If you stay in your lane, and don’t go extreme, all should be well. The fact of the matter is, waist training has made the weight loss process quicker and easier. Especially if you are trying to lose weight post pregnancy.
